SMS Notification Terms

LOU-TEC may send text message (SMS) notifications to customers as part of service delivery, including road service updates, repair or service request updates, and customer satisfaction surveys following delivery or service.

These communications are strictly transactional and related to an active service request. They may include the uses described above without limitation and do not constitute promotional communications.

2. Consent

Consent to receive SMS notifications is obtained verbally during a customer interaction or service request.

Customers are informed that LOU-TEC may send text messages regarding:

• technician dispatch
• arrival on site
• status updates
• service completion confirmation
• satisfaction surveys

Message frequency may vary depending on the service request.

Customers may opt out at any time. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Opt-Out

Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on the customer’s mobile carrier.

5. Mobile Data Protection

Information may only be shared with service providers acting on behalf of LOU-TEC solely to deliver service-related notifications. LOU-TEC implements reasonable safeguards to protect personal information in accordance with applicable laws.
