Legal framework
As stated in section 51 of Quebec’s Occupational Health and Safety Act (LSST), employers must properly train their employees. Our training courses also comply with North American standards, such as CSA B335-15 for forklifts and CSA B354.8 for platforms and aerial work platforms. In addition, please note that certification for forklifts and telescopic handlers must be renewed every 3 years, while certification for platforms and aerial work platforms is required every 5 years.
